Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026 · DinnerLoop is operated by Allen Ventures LLC (dba DinnerLoop), United States.
The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work — your email, your household's meals and plans — we store it securely, we don't sell it, and you can delete it whenever you want.

What we collect

What we use it for

To run DinnerLoop: signing you in, syncing your household's plans and lists across devices, personalizing meal suggestions to your family's preferences, and (for the early-access list) emailing you about DinnerLoop's launch and major updates. That's it.

What we don't do

Where your data lives

DinnerLoop's data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the United States, protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. If we later add features powered by third-party services (for example, AI meal suggestions or grocery price lookups), only the minimum data needed for that feature is sent to those providers, and never for their advertising use.

Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — email support@dinnerloop.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account," and we'll erase it within 30 days. (In-app one-tap deletion is coming before public launch.) Details on the process are on our Support page.

Children

DinnerLoop accounts are for adults. Household "viewer" members (like kids voting on tacos) participate under an adult account holder's household; we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll post the update here and note it in the app before it takes effect.
